Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately from the in-app Billing page. Your project access adjusts on the spot, and your next invoice is prorated.
How does billing work?
All plans are monthly subscriptions billed in USD via Stripe. You'll receive a receipt by email and can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and link-supported wallets. Enterprise customers can request invoicing and ACH/wire payment.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — you can sign up and try the AI interview workflow, ERD generation, and the full template gallery on the free tier. Generation features unlock once you subscribe.
Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?
We can offer annual contracts and volume pricing on the Team and Enterprise plans. Email us and we'll get you set up.
What's included in Enterprise?
Private deployment (your VPC), SSO/SAML, dedicated support, compliance and audit logs, custom integrations, and priority AI processing. Everything else on Team is included.
