Pricing questions
Quick answers to the things people usually ask before they pick a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately from the in-app Billing page: the features of your new plan apply at once, your projects stay yours, and your next invoice is prorated.
How does billing work?
All plans are monthly subscriptions billed in USD via Stripe. Your AI credits renew on your billing date each month, when the renewal payment goes through. You'll receive a receipt by email and can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and link-supported wallets. Enterprise customers can request invoicing and ACH/wire payment.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 with no card: 3 projects, the full template gallery, the Model Builder canvas, the ERD, SQL for every platform, dbt and docs. AI features (the interview, Refine chat, ontology enrichment) use credits, which come with Starter and above.
Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?
We can offer annual contracts and volume pricing on the Team and Enterprise plans. Email us and we'll get you set up.
What's included in Enterprise?
Private deployment (your VPC), SSO/SAML, dedicated support, custom integrations and AI credits sized to your usage. Everything on Team is included.
